OnChain: Crypto Tracker ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Aethernalytics. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS app.

Information We Collect

Account information: Your email address when you create an account. If you register with email and password, your password is never stored — only a one-way cryptographic hash is kept on our servers, which cannot be used to recover your original password. If you sign in with Apple, no password is collected at all; authentication is handled entirely by Apple.
Usage data: Wallet addresses you choose to track, tokens in your watchlist, and price alerts you configure.
Device information: Device install ID and platform (iOS) for app session management.
Subscription data: App Store transaction identifiers processed via Apple StoreKit to verify your subscription status.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalise the app experience (portfolio tracking, watchlists, alerts).
To verify your subscription and grant access to Pro features.
To send price alert notifications you have configured.
To improve our services and fix bugs.

Third-Party Data Sources

The app displays cryptocurrency data sourced from third-party providers including CoinGecko, DexScreener, Etherscan, BscScan, and public blockchain networks. We access this data under each provider's terms of service. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us.

Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text — only a one-way bcrypt hash is retained, making it impossible to recover your original password. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
