Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OnChain: Crypto Tracker iOS app ("App"), operated by Aethernalytics ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App provides cryptocurrency market data, wallet portfolio tracking, and related information for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the App.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers an auto-renewable monthly Pro subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
You may not use the App to transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
You may not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the App's backend API.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cryptocurrency data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aethernalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App, or by contacting us at aethernalytics@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aethernalytics operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
